I've seen a bunch of requests for this over the past year. The vids and pics I've seen are great but I wanted to do something with a bit more detail. Like the porting vids, this is a multi part series that I'm posting on You Tube. I've finished the first three parts and will be shooting more today. I'm not saying this is the only way to do this type of work. This is how I do it. The platform is my 240, +4 stroker, 5mm long rod engine. 442 has my cases so the sooner I get them back, the sooner I'll finish. Hope this helps

Here's part 3. That's all I have for now. Off to the shop to shoot more. Someone give me a call when the Patriots beat Green Bay today!!!!

nice vids ken. lovin the attention to detail, only 1 suggestion for people who are striking out without much experience, use a thread chaser, not a tap, especially with that soft aluminum, a tap can do a lot of damage in the wrong (inexperienced) hands

very informative videos man. i have learned quite a bit just from these. i wouldn't be afraid to atempt this myself now.

as far as the steel plates go dont use the dimpled ones like in your video ken as they will slip even with a mild motor what u want are undimpled 100 percent flat plates as they offer more surface area for grip

Ken, I am glued to all your vids.. Very good info.. I have one request?

I would like a good vid of heating and re useing head gaskets. Me and scot both talked about that vid would be helpful and a cost saver for all. Your time makeing these vids are so much apreciated. Thank you!!!!
