i was riding my bike the other day, i warmed it up for about a minute or two. then i took off, suddently a loud bang of noise and the bike won't start anymore...could someone please help me and tell me what had happen, i really appreciate it...

Just like sr5 said sound like you grenaded the motor. Take the head of and look at what you have in there. Or you could pull the reed cage or the pipe and see into the jug that way. But I would take the head of personaly

Also when you are warming up your Blaster you should not take off till the motor is warm to the touch.

i would do the same.....and i left mine warm up till i can hardly stand to tough it

yup i took off the head and i found the piston and it cracked also one of my reed broke. do you guys think the block is okay?and do you know where i can get the reeds and piston?thanks a lot you guys...

You'll most likely need to get the cylinder bored and honed. As for the piston and reeds, you can get them lots of places online, I found ebay is the cheapest place for the most part.

Is there any scratches or gouges in the cylinder? How's the dome on the head. As for parts you are going to need a new piston kit. Get yourself a Wiseco Pro-Lite piston kit alittle bit more money but better for the long run. You are going to need a top end gasket kit I only use cometic gaskets. As fo the reeds alot of guys on here swear buy Vforce V3s if you can swing the price it is a new reed cage assemble. If you just get reeds get Boyesen Power Reeds. You can find it all on eBay or google atc parts dealers and go from there bro.

Keep us posted on what's going on with any progress or help you might need.

Also on whatever piston you choose DONT GET A CAST PISTON!!!!!
ONLY GET A FORGED PISTON it will save you in the long run.

Thanks a lot guys!!! the cylinder looks fine but i think i should just bore it so i can get extra power.what do you guys think of namura pistons are they good? i found some in ebay

Boring your cylinder won't give you anymore power. Also you wanna bore as least as possible to save the life if your jug. If you can just get the jug honed.

As for the piston I recommend getting a Wiseco Pro Lite piston kit. It's worth it in the long run.

+1 on hoping to just get a hone done!! the more you bore a cyl the more life you take out of it.. also +1 on wiesco... or vertex.. i ran a vertex in my blaster.. held up to a month of impropper jetting with no harm
