hey i have a 2005 blaster with a twist throttle on it and the tors removed i need to know what throttle cable should i buy since i no longer have the tors setup i already have the actual throttle now i need the cable but dont know which to buy thanks

Is there a name or anything on the twist throttle, you have you browed ebay ect, in finding one that looks like it ?
Im sorry I am not much help. But I have ran into that on other vehicles and it was not all that fun. But I was usually able to find one that worked.

thanks you awk! yeah i hate twistys on quads i even had to switch my 250r 3 wheeler back to thumb now i really hated that thing with a twist but when im on my yzf or cr im fine with a twist its weird how it all feels so different
i think it has to do with bring in a more upright position and the bikes being "skinnier", so your able to hold on by squezing your legs to hold on,
where you hold onto the bars more on quads, so when it comes up on you, the twist naturall twists more.....

Plus you are swinging the bars side to side more than a bike.
A bike at speed really only swings the bars a tiny amount.
I ran a twist on my Blaster for a very short while, due to the 38mm carb.
It took some work to get the thumb throttle to work with the carb.
The twist was awkward and a bit dangerous in my opinion.
i would like to switch to thumb after my disaster few weeks ago, i hit a small jump and flew over the bars and trying to hold on i got the twister stuck WOT then smashed into a tree...but no money but anyways just try to find a whole setup on ebay for your blasty
