So basically yesterday i was driving my blaster after getting the throttle and idle fixed, i have a twist throttle we removed the bearing in the casing of the throttle area cuz every time i started it the idle goes crazy. It was only around 30 seconds in just hit 3rd gear and was coming to a stop the idle just goes crazy when i stopped and wouldnt turn off. Came back home started it up sounds normal but didnt drive it again.

Sounds like you have some mechanical binding in your throttle setup as well as an electrical gremlin to hunt down and address.
