Blaster build jetting questions

[98 tunner]

Hi guys, just found you r site and GREAT JOB!!!.Some back round first, bought a 88' basket case blaster for my wife. Built custom mounts for hyd. brakes,need fenders and i can finish. Bought pile of parts and I am in procces of putting together.
Mods:
Bored .80 over wiseco piston
head cut .10
3mm stroker crank {vito's}
reed spacer {vito's}
vforce 3 reeds
paul turner mid pipe
pro circuit silencer
32 mm flatslide mikuni
stock air box with k&n filter


just looking for starting point for jetting gunna run 32:1 ratio.
Any thoughts on where to start?

if that 32mm came with the package was it used on that motor? if so start with that jet.

No carb was bought seperatly.Thats why I'm not sure where to start..
