blaster boggs at half throttle but doesnt die.

Other than main jet plug chop, you could also do a 1/2 throttle plug chop. OR, get it warmed up, ride along in say 3rd gear, give it 1/2 throttle and pull the choke out 1/2 way at the same time. If it runs better richen the needle, if worse lean it out. Raising clip on needle = leaner, lowering clip = richer.

i will do plug chops asap. when i do a 1/2 throttle plug chop will the results on the spark plug look the same as a wot plug chop?

I notice you run a forged piston, are you warming up the motor fully before you put the bike into gear, or do you just start and ride.

If you have not enough room you can use 4th or 5th gear with good results.

i do warm it up i let all my bikes warm up for a good 5 min then i take it for a few easy lap around the house or up and down the street a few times before i let her rip.

does it matter if i do a plug chop on flat level ground or up hill/down hill. i have a long private road but its a big straight hill. i can cruise up to sixth gear on the road but def cant ride in 5th or 6th for ten seconds. i can probably do a 4th gear wot for ten seconds so i guess that will have to work. but is it even worth trying to do on a hill?

another thing it idles fine so does that mean the idle is set right? i have the air screw about 1.5 turns out give or take how ever much i adjusted it to get a high rev then turned it down with the idol screw till it was good.

i road it around all day today for hours ripping on the trials and it ran great, except for the hesitation/bog. atleast till it got rolled and the control arm snapped :( it started right back up tho no problem and drove it to safety where it could be picked up
