So, I'm new here and don't know where to post this, so if its in a wrong section, sorry.

So, are these crankshafts the same? And would it besides the crank diameter fit in a DT 125?

And if somebody can give me these measures of blaster crank and cylinder it would help me alot with my project.

Here are measures that i need.

And a cylinder skirt diameter (the part that goes in the crankcases) and the distance for cylinder screws ( four ones ).

Thanks!
And I'm from Croatia, so sorry for my English. :)

Dobro dan! Kako ste?
I spent some time in your area many years ago, but that is about all I know how to say.

If you have pictures and measurements of your crankshaft we may be able to compare with the Blaster/DT200 crank.

If that is a picture of the actual crank in question, I can tell you that it is different than a blaster. The PTO side snout is MUCH longer and the flywheel taper is much shorter and smaller in diameter.

If that's not the crank in question and only an example of the crank for illustration purposes, then I can get those measurements tomorrow.

I can tell you the nominal rod length (center to center) is 110mm.

@wwholden - yes, i know that, thats why its a project, stroking a dt, welding and machining the crankcases etc.

@best - Dobar dan i tebi, vrlo dobro sam. *Good day to you too, i am very well.*

@sicivicdude - that crank is from a dt, but from other model, its just for measuring purposes, if you could help me with those it would be much appreciated
and if you can, take some pics of the crank, that would be nice
thx

IF the DT200 and blaster are the same (which I think they are actually), you have a choice that requires no machining or welding. There is another choice that requires machining but no welding.

yes, but its very hard to get complete engine (that would be a best option) or even from dt 230 but cant find any
a wr200 engine fits also
is wr200 crank identical to blaster crank?

I'm open for ideas always if you want to share them

@wwholden - yes, 3,5mm crank offset, looks like it will only need crankcase machining, but if the crankcase is to thin, some welding will be required

These measurements are reasonably close... NOT exact to the .01mm obviously. If you need that level of accuracy, I can do that too but this should get you on the right path anyway...
