i got the blaster back together, i started right up and sounds good, i bought it with piston and ring fried, i installed new jug,head,piston and rings. My question is the jetting. it has the fmf header and silencer and foam filter. the main jet is 220 i live in florida. i want to make sure thats ok , i don't want fry anouther piston. thanks

mine had a 250 in it with the fmf an uni filter im guessing that 220 is too small since 230 is stock

220 is also stock in some machines, like mine was

OK now that we on the subject lol ! I just put my motor back together with the vito's 240 BB kit ! it came with different jets . I am using the stock carb. ! What jet should I start with

i took out the #230 jet and i put in #330, i ran it for awhile checked the plug the plug was white with a black stripe on one side

Comments: Remove air box lid snorkel

Try jetting it to that and go from there.
