Best frame for a build up?

I own a 89, but a 05 is available to me..
Which one is the best for a COMPLETE build project?
Is one frame stronger?
Does one have more parts avaiable for it?

Need more knowledge than I have, please advise

Welcome to the Site , Good Question As most Do not Know They Are Different !,
The Frames Are Almost The Same , The Only Difference Is the Brake mounts for the rear,
Different Hood and Headlight Brackets And The Front Disc Brakes , With That being Said I would Go with The 05 !

05 looks much better in my opinion, and having newer is usually better
