As Gibby said, it ALL Depends on your motor work, riding style, fuel/air combo, etc, etc.
AND, as we all know, this topic has been covered a few times now, and the pipe wars continue. LOL
When thinking about doing a pipe kit for your Blastee you should, by default, also consider the prerequisites that go along with it.
There is no real fun/gain in just throwing on a pipe, you have to prepare the bike for it, compensate with the mods that will work with the pipe to really wake things up and allow the pipe to perform to it's full potential.
You should be asking yourself these things:
What kind of riding do I like to do?
What kind of performance am I looking to get out of my bike?
What kind of Reeds will I run?
Keeping stock carb or going bigger?
Jetting?
How bout Air filter? (add aftermarket, run no lid, outerwears, etc)
Motor work? (BB, porting ,stroking, etc, etc)
With the consideration of a pipe you have to set your bike up for it. So, it is not JUST about adding a pipe, but considering the fuel/air charge your bike is gonna provide through the circuitry of the pipe.
I began with an FMF Fatty/Powercore II setup, that was just awesome for a stock-like blaster. I only added a correct main Jet for the pipe and that was it, rocked it just like that. Had tons of low and mids, really woke up the blaster over stock for a kick ass trail riding time, for sure. It was a little flat up top but I never minded due to my riding style then and where I had access to ride.
Once I upgraded my bike to the Toomey Pipe Kit, I was somewhat disappointed and missed the snap of the FMF in the trails. Now, keep in mind this was just swapping the FMF for the Toomey, and adding the correct main jet needed for the larger pipe, everything else stock.
So, off to stage 2 to compensate for the Toomey. I pulled the airbox lid, added a UNI(run now with no lid), 310 main jet, some high performance reeds and spacer, a coil/cdi kit, sent my stocker VM26 carb to RBDesigns to have bored 30mm and the divider plate installed, changed my gearing to 14/40, removed the TORS and did a Oil block off, leaned my mixture to 32:1 and THAT, now, really brought the Toomey to life. Much better now, crazy arm ripping mids and MUCH more up top, especially over the stocklike/FMF setup that I previously ran. I also have much different larger, more open riding conditions available to me now so I set my bike up a bit differently to compensate for this. Hope this gives you a good idea of what to expect from both Toomey and the FMF setup, which I have tested and fell in love with both.
Now keep in mind, the right bend pipes are wicked, as obviously proven and tested by hundreds just here on BF alone. Some close to stock, some wickedly modded, but the right benders are ready for anything. I chose the Toomey for my style, the looks of the pipe, and the overall feedback I received from many Toomey users. Any aftermarket pipe(besides DG junk) is gonna have it's advantages to use, especially when compensated for Fuel/Air along with it. If you plan to keep a relatively stock setup, than the FMF Fatty and Silencer will provides many days of many smiles.

Take your time when choosing, and for sure put into consideration what I listed above as far as what you are planning to do to your bike, along with the pipe, and what you expect out of your bike based on your riding style and the conditions you ride in.
Go get it, and ride hard!!!! I:II:II:I
Also, if ya care to check it out, here is a dyno chart for Toomey and comparison, to get an idea of where the power comes on/off for Toomey, FMF, etc:
