So my blasters back break it seized up it the cable break, I pressed down on the pedal and it wouldn't give at all. I know this bike was stored outside for a long time, so I assume it's weathered. What can I do to free it up? I don't want to spend a 100 plus on a new caliper. How can I free it up? Any ideas!?

Odds of freeing the cable up are not in your favor. Try taking cable off and hanging it and applying PB Blaster to it. If you get it free, lube it good. PB is not a lubricant. Had a flipper that only way was a new cable.
Lube your throttle and front brake before they freeze up too.

Get the shorty cable only. Don't need no stinkin parking brake.

I would try some penetrating oil to get everything moving again. Get the caliper off the bike take it all apart clean it well and lube it up with some brake grease.
