Just my opinion but if you look at your bearing spacer, it's grooved from the previous bearings busting apart and the balls rolling around inside there uncaged. FYI, it's NOT supposed to look like that, it's supposed to be a smooth round tube, so maybe u need a new spacer cuz chances are being grooved like that it's probably burred around the edges causing the spacer to catch on the bearing thus ripping it apart. Also, make sure you sop that thing full of grease cuz they move causing friction and heat up almost instantly. Not to sound like a smart ass, I just replaced mine about a month ago and ended up having to snag a whole new carrier cuz mine was in worse shape than that.
