Alright,I bought a 2004 blaster to fix up.It ran like crap when i got it so i tore it apart to find the intake side of the piston broken off..Well I didnt find any chunks and it looks like someone stuck it in there just to sell it cause it's got a new hotrod crank and rod in it.So I honed cylinder and replaced the piston.Installed new vito's reeds.Quad has stock exhaust with 220 main jet.It started up but wouldnt idle or rev up.Researched this and found the parking brake sensor was keeping it from reving up.Unplugged it and fired right up and reved up too.I thought cool so i got it out to ride it and holy crap it's slow.Just dosnt seem to rev out like it should. 1st and 2nd gear are terrible and it wont idle.It will free rev good but just seems like it dies when you put a load on it.At this point im ready to role it out in theyard and burn it.Would it be the T.O.Rs acting up on it?I was gonna remove it but seems like no one has a straight answer on doing it on a newer one.I'm lost and need help before i get the cutting torch out..
