nah it didnt run guys same thing lol. but i think its the stator, i checked the voltage to the coil when kicking it over.
i disconnected the orange wire from the coil, took the sparkplug out [so i could get more rpm kicking it] i had earthed out the green wire as you said.
i kicked it over must be like 30 times a couple of times max i got 14.v a few times 10.v but nearly every time it was more like 4-5 or 6.v and that was a good fast kickover. if i kicked it slower [ about the speed with the plug in] i was making 2-3 or 4v. max no way near 12v. do i need the regulator in any wire if im not running lights? if not its got to be the stator?
