Alright guys, could use a hand

If you guys have taken a look at my build thread recently you might have seen that i am putting a YFZ 450 front end on my blaster (in a nut shell). What i need help with is finding some stock shocks off pretty much any sport quad that are 17"~18" eye to eye. All they need to do is support the quad after i get the brackets welded up to see what im dealing with and help me make adjustments accordingly. The most they would do is allow me to take the quad for a test spin around the yard.

To sum it up, sport quad front shocks that are 10"~18" eye to eye.

could you just cut some aluminum struts like we use for drag racing?

I recommend getting the actual shocks you plan on using, and build to them.

how bout yfz shocks they are 15.5 eye to eye

this is me giving you a hand, i know it is God like, but i am not God.

the 400ex is around 17" eye to eye.
see a guy selling 450r shocks, says they are 15.5" eye to eye
and from what i was reading on some sites, all old style long travel shocks were 18.5" and new style are 17.5". they were saying this is for all quads. not sure how true this is.
