Any one ever used these guys for parts? Im havin a helluva time with them at the moment and was wondering if anyone has had similar experiences?

ive been emailing the owner, or the guy who runs the Ebay portion of the business, after having bought an item, basicly sayin "im sorry i cant pay you right now, money will clear into my account in 2 days, but could you please have it ready to ship"

Paid, hasnt shipped it, cant seem to contact him as he only answers emails every 36 hours, and im just trying to get him to UPS next day it so that i get it in time.. sent him the 40$ it takes to UPS next day the package, but i cant seem to get in touch with him..

so u bought the item and emailed him that will pay in 2 days.......how long has been since u paid him
mabe he thought it was just another "bogus"email about someone saying there gonna pay......ive seen alot of sllers start saying, "requires immediate payment"....for goods...

yeah, but when they set it up for immediate payment, ebay makes you pay that instant. I just couldnt get a hold of him to find out when hes shipping the thing.. If you google ACJracing you find loads of people who like him, and several who have had major problems with him.. when hes good, hes good; when hes bad, he really messes with people. Screwed me over.. No PJ 34 for me.. Riding trip cancelled. unless i find some other carb to borrow, provided i have the right jets to dial it in...
stay away from ACJRACING that guy is no good very slow shipping sends you parts that are out of spec's , Im sorry I ever met him . owes me money for parts he never sent. all he do's is play games with you. never will I do any business with him again

Ebay has a thing where you can claim your transactions. Fill out the form saying you never got the items to get your money back
Also, if you have paypal set up with a credit card, you can call the credit card company and get your money back
If you have a shipping address for his location, since I am in Rochester I will toss a brick through his window. Muuuhhhaaaaaaaa
