aaarrrrgghh! dumb blaster!

1999 blaster. bought the motor on ebay starts great, put it in gear, let the clutch out, and it dies. those two wires on the top of the carb are spliced together,and thats about it i think. help before i lose it and throw this thing away

Go in the dyi section and find remove tors then do it.
