Alright I'm getting f*cking pissed lol. I need to put new bushings in my quad and its the top right a arm. I can't get the spindle out. It move like a quarter of an inch then will not move at all. What should I do? I tried pb blaster and heating it with a tourch. Pleeeeeeeeaaaaaaasssssseeeeee help

Never had a problem getting the top ones out of the spindle just the bottom ones. Silly question but you did take the pinch bolt out, right?

yeah top ones shouldnt be a battle, maybe try a balljoint puller if you have. but you could do the new bushes without taking the ball joint loose, jus take both arms off and work with it like that. will be a little awkward tho

I have had problems with dirt in the spindle hole around the little cut out part in the ball joint.

The trick to removing the spindle is to take a small flat tipped screwdriver and drive it into the "cut" in the back of the pinch section to spread the spindle open to allow the ball joint to slip out. It's just about a must of dirt and rust has the ball joint shank stuck.

thanks for all the help guys. got the spindle out. i got it out and it was bone dry and filled with dirt. basically con Crete lol. got my new bushings in and went for a ride ofter 3 days of rain. hit a puddle and got fully covered in mud and got mud in my carb and throttle stuck. now i gotta fix that. ugh fml lol
