I have done everything I can think of to get this running right, it starts out one day riding it was running perfect all day, we took a break, then got back to riding and bam the motor ran wide (and i mean FULL throttle)open for few seconds and I killed it immediately, now it runs like crap. Spits, sputters, back fires, takes multiple kicks to start.

It has a 67.5 piston, FMF exhaust, DG silencer. Jet size 280
Running 94 octane with yamahalube
Mixing at 32:1

What I've done to try and get it going:
Replaced throttle cable(thought maybe that's why it went wide open)
Cleaned carb (checked float levels)
Clean air filter (no lid on box)
New crank seals
New plug B8ES

I have excellent spark, flywheel is in great condition, stator is great

Need help and suggestion please

Yup, i would leak test. Is the carb mix screw set 1 1/2 turns out? Fuel lines and petcock clean and clear? Flywheel key in place? New plug?

Flywheel key is in place, Air screw 1.5 turns from closed, fuel flow is great, still runs like crap, so i did compression test (131 PSi) leak down put in 7 pounds held for almost 10 min. so i soaked carb for 2 days in Carb Cleaner , tore motor completely apart ( even split the case) New Bearing, all new seals, yamabond the cases, another clutch cover gasket, another new plug, another new gasket set (top End), new muffler packing, new gas 94oct w/ yamalube @ 40:1, stator has amazing spark still. No Tors

What am i missing please help

Did you leak test after the tear down? you should mix at 32:1 or 25:1

When you say "runs like crap" that leaves a ton of options... How does it run? boggy? no power?

leak down and compression tests was after splitting and bearings and seals replaced

as for running bogs bad, and has little to no power on take off ,barely wants to stay running, unless i run full throttle, and even then it still bogs while moving. if i sit and rev full throttle it will (but bogs at first), but when riding it bogs has no botom end or top end

Changing from 32: to 40:1 could put you a little on the rich side.

Make sure the front pipe is seated all the way an check the seat on the air filter n the snorkel for holes. Did u check all grounds n connections for good clean contacts?

Ok switched back to 32:1 (thought it would run better at 40:1 well i was wrong) bought new Boyesen Reeds still runs the exact same. Bogs bad (when running) hard to keep running, when running has no top end or bottom end and is real jerky, back firing out exhaust

Any thoughts would be helpful dont really want to give up on it

Reeds seated all the way?
Piston installed facing the right way?
Float height set right?
Blockage in exhaust?
Clean air filter?
Clip in middle of needle?
Gasket in carb cap there?
Brass washer under main jet?
Slosh gaurd around main jet?

Just trying to think of things that would cause this. About a month ago a guys bike was running the same as your and he installed the piston backwards. Check those thing and report back.

I went threw this same problem for the last couple of months everything I try didnt work. Turns out my problem was the little washer that goes under the main jet was missing. Check and see if that washer is their. I was ready to give up till found that. Now it runs tops again. Hope this help you

While riding, pull the fuel enrichment knob out, if it improves you have a lean condition.

Be careful though, it takes 3 hands to do it safely.
