91 bogging

I just cleaned my carb, 4 wheeler was sitting for about 6 months it starts right up and idols perfect. It boggs when you take of, more when it warms up. I checked the carb again everything is clean had it all apart. take the airbox lid and filter of and it runs great. any help would be great thanks

I just checked my manual 220 is stock. I think that is what i'm running. I would use the 230 in the winter.

is the filter clogged, what kind of filter is it (foam or k&n type) what is the needle set at and the air/fuel skrew at?? also how is the plug and i assume you put good gas in it?? (fresh 91 octane)

fresh gas I just put a new stock filter in, new plug, needle is on 3 air screw 11/2 turns out

hmmm i would try putting the needle up one slot. see if that helps, if it helps a little then maybe go up another slot and see if it gets any better.
