50 Horsepower Blaster

next upgrades for me would be a +3 crank and then the port job. just wana know if thats just a crazy drag port thats makin 50 because i need something more realisticly making a massive amount. some kind of crazy trail port.

That’s a full drag port 240cc kit with a 60mm crank or +3mm Vito crank
Completely redeigned cylinder head and Big Carb that’s taper bored
Vito Fat Bastard pipe
Cut Piston and so on

Do you plan on testing a +4 crank?
Maybe meth and an out of frame drag pipe?
Nology ignition?
Sorry man jes excited someone has dyno access!

Myself and Shearer Custom Pipe are working on a Drag pipe for the blaster.
Thanks and keep the questions coming
The +3mmm crank is the best and cheapest for me to set up for you

Hello
If you want toque numbers just do the reverse math
Horsepower=torque X RPM/5252
That Blaster was 51HP at 10,300 RPM
51=TQ(10,300)/5252
That= 1.96
51/1.96=26 foot pounds TQ at MAX power
Thanks

Seems to me the torque curve along with the hp curve together would give a better indication of what type of pipe you would choose for a given application. Of course I'm no expert, far from it, just trying to learn a little.
Thanks for taking the time to come on here and answer questions.

Thats some good numbers. Thats with the Vito's Fat in frame pipe on meth/nitro blend? You welding any on the jug? Great work!

That engine was a lot of work to make those numbers and I can not give info away; Please understand that R and D work is very expensive. Making changes to back flow angles and then re-welding them and make more changes. Some people understand that R and D work is a lot of hard work. There has been times where I Just say F it and just shut my eyes and think things over.
One of the most intelligent engine builders that I know once told me, "If it was easy then everyone would be doing it"

Great man and good friend

Stop being scared of the shift forks, my 16 yr old who had never seen the inside of a motor of any kind before July can assemble a blaster now with the manual. Get a Manual, if you need one I have an extra I can sell you. A blaster motor is so easy, my son and I have now had 6 this year since July that have been bought and either rebuilt or in process.
