More than likely it's too big. It would probably "work", but not be an upgrade as you would be too peaky and have no bottom end AKA slower. In my opinion, the stock 26mm is too small out of the box to begin with, so with your mods, a 28mm would be ideal, but I wouldn't go above 30mm. I'd probably use the money for the carb though and just get it ported then buy a 33mm.

keep in mind the guy wont ship for 10 days hes out of town

yea i saw that, I'll be using paypal so if i dont see that its geting shiped in 10 days or less i'll go ahead and file the claim. He has a few other auctions saying that as well so idk maybe liget, maybe huge scam.

brian before u pull your hair out just buy a brand new keihin 28 mm a used carb is usually just another mans headache hes trying to unload

well, i already bided on it, but im not biding over 25, becuase that brings the total out to 40 bucks, before i pay over that i'd just order new for 150-200

A carb is a carb.....it's not like it really breaks down aside from really bad slides. Most of the ones on Ebay are just people parting bikes out or they just come across parts after others ditch OEM carbs for aftermarket ones.
