30mm questions ?

so i asked my dad could i get a 30mm carburator he said it prolly wont make that much of a difference and said i should think of getting something else for it so ill be more satisfied i can tell he wants me to get another bumper since mine is bent cause of a friend so how much of a difference will i feel with a 30mm carb

Quite a bit if performance if you have something other than the stock pipe.

with a good pipe that sucks hard, yes, the larger carb will make a noticeable difference. but there's a point at which the carb/pipe combo can become overkill because the reeds will only allow so much flow. you can have your cage ported to allow increased flow, but then you gotta have your intake ported to allow for it too.
imo, a port and polish job will be a MUCH more noticeable increase in power for a little bit more cost. as long as you have the right guy do it.

probably a couple horse gain especially on topend rpm ..the bell shape and slide design will offer better signal response as well
