sweet! use the rear set up too. you just have to change the rotor hub and everything along with it.
thats the only thing it was missing was the plastics and im think about actully building it for my wife but with the stock engine.
the day b4 i got this i ordered awk's gsxr setup so just going to leave it on there for my wife.
Nice quad. I have the 240 kit with a sleeve done by LA Sleeve and its "Extremely well done." according to my mechanics. And it was by no means cheap in quality and not really price either but it was definately worth it. And you can go till like 82.5 with it so it will last you forever.

you can't bore a bbk that far i think they only go to like 73.5 or somethin. less bores than a stock bore sleeve
The guy who just redid my motor said I had massive amounts of sleeve to go and I could probably fit upwards of a 80 in it and 82.5 is the largest Blasty piston I've seen so far.
I run a 72.5 in my 240 right now. But yeah I guess 82.5 does sound a little big.

Its .72 right now. Yeah your right .80 would be probably max. And I love my Vito's its just about indestructible.

send it to get ported and dont use the head they send, it f**king sucks, cant do anything with it because the spark plug hole is off, wated 500 on it, i would rather have wiped my a** with that money.... i may have got a bad cylinder because its off and on with them, some get good ones and some get bad...i think i got a bad apple, but it wont be for long when i send it to get it ported and throw my other head on there.
