240 kit worth it?

well its up to you but for about the same price you could have the same power as the vitos with your stock cylinder if the job is done correctely,but if you really want to go 240 go with the factory7 airsal kit for gas set up ,but like i said you can have about the same power with your stock cylinder and a good port job and some bolt on!! its up to you,but vito kits mmm for the same price there is much better out there!!! just my 2 cents

does the 240 kit give u more torque, bc i went riding today n i felt like i didnt have enough torque
 
Now with the YZ cdi.. I am asuming i can use any year cdi? and do I just need the box or do i need both the box and the wiring?..

Now by doing this upgrade.. I will be gaining another 1000 rpm as easy as that? what else would i be gaining by doing this..?
 
i got the ct racing sonic kits its fully ported and i run 106 octane,on the dyno it made 36.5 rwh and i was still fat on the jetting side, and the guys told me i as dyno like 4or5 vitos kit and he never seen better number than 29rwh with 110 octane, just my 2cents

Do you have a dyno sheet/report you can post??
 
Remember..

Horsepower isn't a real thing. It is a quantitative unit of work over time, it just is a handy number, nothing specific. Torque on the other hand is power.
With proper torque and the right gear raotio, you get all the answers. HP doesn't really mean much.

That said, a HP rating of mid 30's for this little engine is friggin' awsome. It's doing alot of work!!!

my plan for now is to look at my current cdi and match one up to a YZ that is identical looking..
 
so im not finding much.. closeest thing ive found is like an early 80's yz 125 cdi.. the 97 model is a black box with 5 wires coming out of it.. with wire connectors crimped on to 5 other wires.. not clips or anything like the newer style...
 
Another Question:

Is it only better to ride 110 oct with the CT 240 kit or are 98/100 oct enough?
Racing fuel is in Germany very expensive, about $30 / gallon!
98 oct are about $7 and
100 oct are about $7,5 / gallon.
