2010 Yamaha YFZ350 Banshee

if they made a modern 200cc air cooled 2 stroke and put it in say a rappy250 esque chassis....we'd be golden

i'd have to agree with you, but the person who is buying a quad for the first time who hears that the 250cc 4 stroke has smoother power delivery than the 2 stroke is gonna go with the 250. if i didnt know what i know now i would

2010 is said to be the last year for the banshee.
this is just them selling all the left over crap they have.

there has been talks of a 2011 banshee, but no solid prove has been found really.
the banshee is really a dieing bred. all the 450s have been taking over.
if yamaha would update the banshee it would sell like hot cakes.
if needs a better frame, better suspension set up, updated engine (still 2-stroke).

it will go by the way side just as the 250R did. its old, its super outdated basicly no changed for 23 year...what more ya want. parts are dim a dozen out there like blasters. you want a new banshee, buy a yfz450 throw the motor away and put in a banshee motor. end of story.

here is an updated banshee they can learn from. (maybe not the 7mm stroker or e85 part)
the EFI is a nice update (would help with better emissions)
the frame is the lonestar outlaw. has the 250r geometry

or maybe even this badass frame

im happy knowing i had a banshee and had a ton of fun on it,
sh*t can even count how many times that thing got me laid,
a chick riding your tool while your riding some dunes is the hottest sex i can think of!

now, im old and slow, so i just enjoy my old slow 660r
while my kid is following me on his old slow outdated blaster with crappy suspension
and outdated design.

yep, sucks to be us :)
