Well I picked this blaster up off Craigslist for 450 was told it needed a kickstart kinda knew better then that even tho I knew nothing about 4 wheelers at the time the motor is currently at a shop getting rebuilt new piston,cylinder,shift shaft assembly all seals was told there was a paper clip being used as a circlip for the wrist pin that's what scored the cyl was also told that only thing that was assembled right was the counter balance and the trans which they prob didn't disassemble thank god so I figured while it's in the shop I would break down the blaster and make her look good again cuz I was not riding a orange blue red and gold quad as I quickly found out this wasn't going to be a cheap hobby hoping to have it done by spring so here goes this is what I started with
