Blasterboy46 New Member Jan 22, 2009 81 1 0 MI Feb 3, 2009 #8 You only re sleeve once you get the cylinder to max diameter from boring it for rebuilds. Then you start over again. Thats why the piston kits go up by .20 until you reach i belive 68 mm then you need to resleeve if you want to keep a stock bore.
