You will never believe this!!!

So about a month and a half ago I was in DC canoeing down the potomac river with a bunch of people I was on a trip with, well long story short me and my canoe partner hit a rapid which turned us sideways and sent us into a rock making the canoe flip and I lost my wallet and keys down the river. I had pretty much a 0 chance at ever getting anything back. Well today a letter came in the mail with no return address and addressed to me. Well inside this letter was my ID and everything I had in my wallet when I lost it along with a note saying this "Found enclosed in the belly of a fish in Harper's Ferry!"

My jaw dropped!!!! What are the chances that a fish swallows my wallet and someone happens to catch that exact fish?! It like a 1 in a million shot. I wish I knew who the person was, I really owe them a huge thank you!! My dad wants to try to go to the news with it and I'm thinking I might try to do that. Can't believe this at all lol so crazy!!

Wow that's awesome man. Yea small chance of catching the same fish that ate your wallet and almost a smaller chance of someone returning it to you. Seems these days most people would just keep your stuff. Guess this proves there's still some good people out there.

The wallet i wouldn't know because I didn't get that back just what was inside it like my IDs, triple A card, insurance card, and my SSN and none smell like a fish but then again I don't know what a fish smells like inside but on second thought they did smell a bit odd

Some cheapo leather wallet you buy from places like spencers and hot topic in the mall lol it was a tapout design, but if it couldn't digest plastic then i guess it couldn't digest my SSN or insurance card because those are both paper? special kind of paper maybe??

I used duck tape wallet from 06 to 2010... I still have it and it is still in perfect shape.

so much better then any leather wallet.
