Yfz450 shocks

it's not how hard it is, it's the added stress and strain put on the ball joints when those "too long" of shocks have the a-arms at such an angle down.
i would not run them without long travel a-arms or the shock relocation kit mentioned above

i think the rear yfz is too long but the 400ex and trx 450r is about the same lenght and many people on here run them but i think the yfz are alot stiffer than the trx450r
i like these more but my neibor has both on his 250 ex Yamaha Blaster 200 Shocks Conversion or LoweringOnlyKit | eBay

I used to run the YFZ450 shocks on ASR+3 A-arms. They were just too stiff for my liking no matter how they were set-up.
Alot of that has to do with how long they are, theres no getting around that.
I'm around 160lbs. Maybe a guy with more weight could get better use of them but not me.

yes for the rear shock the 400ex and 450r rear shock is bacialy the same but the 450r is a lil plusher qnd i think it will work with a 250r and a couple other shocks
