yfz405 rear shock... wich oil?

Hi all. Need to know what kind of oil is used to fill up a yfz450 rear shock and how much quantity.
This shock is will be mounted on a Blaster ""of course""
The gas i bealive its runs about 150 psi.

reading on the yfzcentral.com

pressure 150-175psi

stock weight is either 2.5w or 5w.

seems like they like amsoil shock oil if your going to replace the stock oil.

quantity not sure.

I had my ohlins rear shock refilled and recharged for $30. It was a same day turn around. You might want to consider that. You can probably find someone to do it cheaper. I had an ohlins specialist do mine.

Im working on building a lowering kit, will post some pics if it works ok... "or the hospital chart if it works bad"... )
