yamaha (yfz450) injection or carb?

Yes this is true. I saw one at Snyder Motorsports this weekend. IDK, I am not sure I would feel safe jumping a quad with a frame made from recycled pop cans.
That's just me though.
lol....it must be ok....theve did a few years of testing and can am uses em to.....little better since the part under the motor is steel
Yeah, the fact that all the parts are modular and replaceable by removing a few bolts is scary too. A few bolts come loose, and you hit a jump and your whole front suspension falls off. Then you spend the next few seconds of hang time thinking about how bad it's gonna hurt. Not for me. Fuel injection however is far superior to carbs.
not neccessarily, Fi is very quirky, if you mess it up at all, its gonna be expensive, my buddy hooked his up to his computer, he has this wierd ass program bu he can control the fuel mapping, his computer got a virus and so did his FI. i like KTMs approach, carb with a TPS and Fuel accelerator pump, my bike is just as responsive as an LTR.

and have you heard about all the people having trouble with can-ams aluminum frame...
Truely two different horses. With the correct carb tuning, a carbed-model will destroy. Obviously though for someone that is serious about racing nationwide a FI model will reduce some of the stress of always tuning the carb to accomodate alltitude, tempertature, etc....
On the other hand, getting mechanical help on an FI will eventually be substantially higher than a backyard/shop mechanic that knows how to tune a carb correctly. FI is only adjusted by some sort of computer device, whether a handheld, laptop, desktop, the list goes on. It takes some hours upon hours to write the script (coding) for the program to have an easy and effective interface so that anybody could easily adjust the mapping.
