I did some more work over the weekend. Got the 15 tooth front sprocket installed. I also have the option of running trail legal pipes now. The pipes REALLY quiet it down. I have both before and after videos of the sound.

I found out that my stock coils had cracks in them. My new replacement coils showed up today. Dynatek DC1-1s. I'll post some install pictures this weekend.
Got my new 50t rear sprocket. I knew it was going to be bigger but it looks huge vs the stock 40t.
Got the new coils installed. I went for the easy mockup/install. I Used two nuts to lock bolts onto each end of the coil. I then held the coil up to the frame and tacked them on. Last. I unbolted the coils and finished welding the bolts to the frame.
Got the new rear sprocket and chain installed. I had to cut the chain guide mount off to fit the sprocket..
well with the size of that sprocket, I don't reckon you'll need the chain guide. The front and rear sprockets nearly touch!
wow this thing is sweet , thinking of something cool to drop on my spare frame , plus get my 2000 going , need to ride soon lol !! sweet ride !!
I got the rear skid plate fixed up this afternoon. I started with a stock skid plate.
As you can see, it did not clear the new sprocket:
Here is the amount of space I would need to clear the sprocket+chain:
I keep a selection of gussets around just for quick little projects like this. I used one on each side:
Welded it all up:
Now lets install the chain.......opps
I cut the round bar out. Added a section of plate to help keep it strong:
Clears the chain now:
Tomorrow or next weekend I will be making the motor skid plate.

I went to replace my axle bearings and found this....
I cleaned everything up. I also installed a grease fitting along with the new bearings/seals.

I synced the carbs tonight. I used my brand new Morgan Carbtune sync tool. Best sync tool I have used sofar. http://www.carbtune.com/
