Wtfffffffffffffff!

im running almost the same mods except the porting and airfilter. but i run no lid, and super stock, and my bike loves the 320. its running rich, but dosent bog a bit onces its warm and cleaned out.

If you have not tried yet, i would not take a dremel to it, one slip in close quarters could cause a lot of damage. Its only brass, tap a small screw driver into the stub to get it out.

Just stirring the pot a little boys :D Most of the time you can get almost anything at a track, most peeps are willing to help, might be a little harder at the uber-pro level :o

Used to do it at the drag strip all the time. I can't beat you if I can't race you I:I

Whew glad you got it out.
Since we are talking bout jets. What jet should I run on the following.

Ported
wiseco piston .20 over
stock carb
boysen reeds
1500 feet elevation

I would say bump it up from 230 to 240 for the porting and do a plug chop.

I ran a 330 in the stocker carb with my mods as listed in sig. with Banshee needle.

very happy little bike with that setup

And you since changed to a OKO 30 ?
What do you have to say of the difference in performance ?

Sorry for the OFF-TOPIC

Nuno

hey Nuno, well power increase was significant, it was the difference between my clutch slipping with the OKO but not with the stock carb. however I have never been happy with the OKO, jetting has been a nightmare - the needle in particular.
