ok my blaster had horrible compression so i took of the head and i can push the piston around a lil bit. and also on the piston there is like scrapes or something like that ill post a pick in a lil bit but im wondering wtf it looks like its pre deting but im runnin 110 with octane booster and the rings arnt set eather they just like flop. ill get a pic of the piston in a sec. if any builders wanna trade stait up the arisol head and piston for a piston hone port and polish and head work on my stocker ill be more than glad to ship u both
 
your rings are wore/ cyl wall is wore... time for a bore and over size piston..

please dont run octane booster your wasting money... and unless your high compression there is no need for 110 or running lots of timing...

but the 110 wont hurt but the booster does nothing
 
if u didnt know fed i bough a "brand new" project blaster arisol kit form a mem on here in like august. it has to run 110 and i put the booster in because it was laying around, but yea its surposed to be high compression and i bought a brand new piston from pb and put it in and u cant hone these cylinders there niksal plated
 
post some pics of the cylinder, if there are no chips or gouges in the plating it may be salvageable with some scotch brite and elbow grease (removes any glazing and aluminum from the piston). The cylinders can be honed, but you need a diamond hone to do it and you are making the plating thinner putting the risk of it chipping even higher.
