They are made for cars. Its actually something you stick in your intake tube. My buddy got one and dynoed the car b4 and after and he got now get this 1 hp with it on. Deff a gimmick...DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY...

but this piece of crap here is 2 soup cans (look closely) with the "fan blades" from a cheap ass portable, battery operated, handheld fan rigged into it, total ripoff, thats why it says no returns
