Just like the title, I have a friend who is wanting a blaster for his nephew (i think), and doesn't want to spend a whole lot. It doesn't have to be nice, and it can have some issues that need fixed or non running, etc, or a cheap no motor included (that would be for me to swap in a motor I:I ). Around York, Nebraska, in Nebraska, or not too far into neighboring states, depends on what you got for how much, how far he is willing to travel.
