I got this 2000 blaster. and it makes this clanking noise at idle only. I got in touch with the original owner and he said it has a floating wrist pin? has anyone else ever heard of this?

All Blaster motors have a floating wrist pin, which is confined to the piston by two circlips.
The circlips stop the migration of the wrist pin toward the cylinder wall.
If a circlip is missing the pin will enter a port with catastropic results.
