Traded a basket case of a Blaster for a blown up 125. I:I Have fixed all the issues (Pipe, Silencer, K&N, not rejetted for it. Filter was CAKED with mud. Etc.
Bike now runs smoothly from idle to redline since I rebuilt the carb, and rejetted to a 290 main jet/played with clip position.
I am running the STOCK carb. On the stock pilot jet. Air screw is 1.5 turns out. TORS is elimated. Motion Pro twist throttle was installed. This is my first blaster so I am not sure if the cap for the carb is stock or not? But it looks like it had to have been replaced from what I have read about how the TORS system works ...
Only way it will idle is if the throttle cable is tightened to the point that it holds the slide open the tiniest bit! But then, no matter how the throttle cable is routed, it revs like crazy when you cut the bars.
What do I need to do here lol?
