Well in my previous post on porting and milling head I wanted to know what would be good. I PM'ed Wildcard. He told me everything I need to get.

Trail P&P-$125
Head Milling-$50
Bore/Hone-$45
Piston/Rings-$92
Top-End Gaskets-$26

With all that, Its gonna be used with Uni Air Filter (open air-box) and a Bills Pipe Setup. Wildcard said that he is gonna look if a Bills Pipe is a good pipe for me. Is there any place I could save money? Like I said im buying this Bills Pipe setup from my friend for $50. I think Wildcard's head milling is a wee bit high and so is the bore/and hone? Please help me with jet sizes if you can! start at maybe a 290 Main and a 35 pilot? Higher or lower in jet sizes? Please try to be as specific as possible!

they are very reasonable prices. i would just go with his setup and be very happy. he should tell you a good starting point for your jetting but i imagine it is going to be over 300 and maybe as high as 330 on the main, a 35 pilot sounds like a good starting point, and you will most likely want to richen your needle clip by one or two positions (down).

This is precision work that can't be done correctly by just any hack & whack shop. Wildcard's work is well reviewed, and I've had a couple discussions with Brandon as well. Don't try to cheap out, just pay the (very reasonable) prices and get on with it lol..
4-poke guys gladly pay hundreds for a pipe that will give them 2-3 hp over stock. You will likely be close to doubling your stock output with your mods for under $400 bucks!

Well, thats alot of help! +1. I dont know if i have that much money for christmas to spend. I really just want to spend $125 on port. $145 to rebuild including bore/hone. Maybe i could make a deal with him. $300 for everything and then have him suggest jets for me. Another question, when i get it ported would it be a good idea to get new reeds?

well for the most part new reeds will allow the stops to open much further allowing higher peak rpm but not only that it will increase the response due to the material used ,of coarse yo u should consult with brandon on this matter about what would work best with his engines.vforce are the best and offer twice the tip area
