I just orderd the +6 widening kit from diamond j also a set of 07 yfz450 shocks, just wondering if anybody has that setup and what you think???

i'd be interested in a writeup on this... i'm getting the kit as well, but don't know what shocks will work yet.
Never seen one set up with yfz shocks in the front. Only thing i can see wrong with that is that the shocks might be a little on the stiff side cause their made for a much heavier machine.
actualy flyers the yfz is only 24 pounds heavier than the blaster. yes the shocks will be a great modification well done!
i have the kit... and the shock conversion. you DEFINATELY need longer shock to make it work right.
i have ordered z400 fronts for mine. so, i can't comment on the yfz450 shocks, though they should be superior.
as far as stiffness? you need stiffer than stock shocks... when the kit widens everything out... it softens the suspension.
i think you have a good set-up on the way.
