Who has porting work done by RB Racing?

Looking to get my boys blaster ported and also some head work and cylinder milling done. I talked to Bob at RB Racing about my needs, but I want to talk to someone that actually has his work done.

How does it run with a 34mm carb? Is there any throttle response? I was thinking that a 32mm would be fine. I want alot more power, but this is woods/mx riden, not drag so low end a throttle response is very important.

Hello, I am a engine builder in Michigan. I have done hundreds of blaster port work and recently did a trail port job for user ID quam. Just ask him or look at the engine forum under kennedy port. I think its now on page 2.
The cylinder head has to be re-cut; the cylinder head is way off from where it needs to be. It needs the right squish clearance, angle, bowl radii and volume.
I charge $250 for the port and cylinder head work

owh, and i want to do more porting..... and check compression cause i'm bettin it needs rebuilt. and get a better pipe cause fmf sucks... and a bigger carb... when is it going to end?!?!?!

Your correct about those FMF pipes, they SUCK

make sure you get the right pipe for the porting that you do. kennedy's schooled me on the downfall caused by mismatching the pipe and the port.
careful w/ that headwork. there are all kindsa calculations and numbers that go along w/ that work.
another thing is that when i got my head back from kennedy, it looked like the mill was off kilter a little bit cuz the stock heads are sometimes cockeyed and need to be leveled out.
