ok. so i can start up my blaster and it idles fine but there is a lot of white smoke coming out of the exhaust, then i could give it some gas and in mid range it would run fine but any more than that and it would choke down and die. i have read on here about it and most people say the crank seals are gone. but i want to be sure before i start tearing it down. so any advice you could give would be much appreciated?

well...... before you dig into that... did you change your brand of pre mix oil??? does the exhaust still smell like your normal oil? or more like burning car motor oil??? the amzoil dominator that was in my cr250 burned white.. where as my pro honda hp2 had ablue tint to it
keep an eye on your tranny fluid and if it is going down that means the crank seal on the clutch side is gone..
its pretty easy to change it just takes a little bit of time to get to it
