which pipe is better?

i have 5 choices for pipes in my mind. which is better for track, which is better for trails. which gives the most power? the FMF fatty gold, FMF sst, Trinity stage 4, Pro circuit platinum, or dg exhaust? i wanna know which would also be best if i got a 4mil crank? any help would be appreciated I:I

My opinion from your options:
Trail... Pro Circuit unless you want more low end get the FMF Gold
Track... Pro Circuit or Trinity
If your planning on more engine upgrades the Trinity will be better in the long run. Keep in mode 4 mil stroker require trenching the cases, and having the cylinder/head decked. Big expenses unless you want the best. May want to consider a 3 mil stroker thats a lot easier to install and cheaper. Also check out a toomey pipe. In my opinion its the best trail/track pipe there is.

Toomey is a left bend.

The pipe to get depends on how your going to mod your motor and how you ride. I would hold off on the 4 mill till you build up the rest of the motor. A 4 mill in a stock or near stock motor is not going to do much power wise. I would get porting,head mod, larger card and a high flow air box setup.

so then trinity with 260 main jet it is! sounds good to me. also because i want my 2 stroke to sound like a 2 stroke and be very loud. my brothers yz250 is really loud and he has a prociruit pipe. so if i can make mine sounds as good then i'm happy

Although the pipe shootout says that a #260 ran fine, I would be upping that to a #280 and plug chopping to confirm.
