Hey guys, im in the proces of re-building my 2003 blaster, and think im going to splurge on a new full exhaust system.

These are the ones im thinking:

f7 exhaust

Trinity Racing Exhaust

LRD
http://lrdperformance.com/live/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_12_28&products_id=27

Toomey B1
http://www.powerbrokerz.com/

or the FMF/pro circuit ones

What would you guys reccomend? and do you have any good/bad experiances?

im leaning towards the LRD or the f7

Thanks in advance!

I have seen no complaints from F7 and LRD, however dont ever get fmf (unless you are an insanely cheap person).

I have FMF exhaust but it was on the bike when I bought it. I like the sound of it though. If I were to buy new exhaust I would probably go with the Toomey B1 setup.

out of the ones you mentioned i believe the f7 would be best for trails. from what i've heard the other 3 are better for racing and high speed performance

are you serious? cheap. so half the members on the forum are cheap. um not really. a new FMF pipe and silecer set up is about $300.00 not to cheap to me. I think that FMF makes a good pipe for a stock motor. once you start to build i would recomend something else.

Here we go again. Come on guys it an exhaust pipe, who cares, all hes asking is what pipe he should get.

Ok now, so before you decide what pipe to get, does your motor have work done to it?

i dont want to fight, i was just making a point. he wants to know what kind of exhaust he should get. and i am sure some mebers on her bought their FMFs new.

all i know is when i build me motor im going to be running a Vitos FB or a CPI pipe.

the fat bastard is only good for the 240. stock bore doesn't run optimally on the fat bastard.
look up kennedy_power's "ultimate pipe test" thread. he ran dynos on all these pipes minus the cpi and i don't think he got the dynoport. you can see what kinda power band each pipe makes. i just sent him my f7 so he oughta have a dyno chart on that pipe up any day now.
you can plainly see that the fmf is a joke of a pipe. compared to the curves you get from all the other pipes he ran, the fmf runs a smurf hair better than the stock pipe.
i liked my f7, on my ported engine, i got real good power out of it and even though my port job is a trail design, the top end have a HUGE boost to it from the pipe.
i am selling my f7 and am gonna install a shearer that kennedy_power is selling. he was able to get lilke 32 horse out of that pipe w/ corresponding port job and timing.
i'll post up a thread once i get a chance to run the bike.
