Which crank is better? +3 or +4

I want a stroker crank, but I don´t know which of these is better. The vito´s +3 has stuffer blocks, does the +4 also have them?

the plus 4 doesnt have the stuffer i believe
there really is no difference in performance betwee the 2 though from what i have heard

i would go with the +3 cuz u don't have to trench ur cases like u do with the +4
