Ok I found a 35mm pwk and I am buying it friday. I am having ken oconnor do an agressive trailport and a milled head for my 3mil stroker.I will be using pump gas. I run a toomey b1 pipe and silencer. I also have stock reed cage with boysen carbonfiber reeds and a reed plate spacer and 4 deg advanced timing. any input on jet size's to invest in to start with. I don't have any clue where to start since this will basically be a totally different engine

im dialed in (just a tad rich) with a 162 main, thats with a 34mm pj though. i would say start with a 160ish 165 if you are real nervous and work your way down from there.

well since i had troubles with all circuts on my 34 pj i'll list all my jetting for ya,
( KOR porting/head mod, tons of mods(in sig) minus the stroker crank)

45 pilot, "dgh" needle on middle clip, 155 main

thanks for the advice guys. I am noticing a few guys with a lot of engine mods run a banshee petcock and larger fule line. Do I need to do that or is that like a just in case?

thats a just in case, i have never had a issue with my bowl running dry

ok. I have just F'ed this thing up so many times skipping little things or shortcutting hoping that this or that will be ok. I am not overlooking anything this time.

i'd agree with these guys start with about a 165 and go down. sounds like its gona be a sweet little motor

while cleaning the screens on my petcock, i f'd one up, tore it, so during my search for a new one, and taking phragles advice, i just got the banshee one, same price as a new blaster one, $20, and no jury riggin the fuel line, 34/35's have larger inlets, so why not feed it with a petcock/fuel line of the same size

ahh! thats the reason behind it. ok i'll start looking for one. that's why I am asking all these questions. sick of making my own mistakes. i'll try and learn from everyone elses
