i am looking at another 97 blaster that is in decent shape and "runs and rides pretty good" so he says. what would be a fair price on this? he is asking 600 but wants to get rid of it so would 400 be a reasonable offer?

First off i would definatly ride it first before even making an offer. But I would atleast offer 400 and go from there
I'd look it over good and see how it runs, 600 isn't bad if it runs good and isn't beat up. Make him an offer if it seems like its worth it and go from there.
