Very possible, the motor does look small.

looks like a 250r frame witha cr450 engine in it, check the engine mounts and any other mods to it to make sure it was done properly

its a 250r with a CRF engine in it... alot of guy's would spend alot of money for one of those and I mean ALOT.... Looks like a lonestar frame to me, that alone is about 3,000$ new... I would buy it for that price...
