ok so im in a pickle, my quad needs nerf bars, chain and sprockets, and i really need a new pipe/silencer

my nerfs: the tabs for the webbing snapped off, and the webbing is zipp tied to the bars

the chain and sprockets: the chain has had 5 links taken out and is still stretching, the front sprocket is missing 3 teeth and most of the remaining ones are half teeth

my pipe is all rusty and junk, what would u do first..and what could i do on a 200$ budget

You for sure need to get new sprockets and a chain. If the exhaust is just rusted you can sand it and polish it up. My pipe was rusted so I sanded it with coarse, medium, and fine emory paper. Then I took 320 grit to it and then I wet sanded it with 1000 grit and it looked good. Mothers mag and aluminum polish finishes it up great.

yea, im pricing a chain set from vitos 38/14 cuz i have a set of 20" tires, my current gearing is 13/40..so i figured id compensate for the smaller tires, cuz im running a 22" rear tire now,

what mods do you have on your blaster? not being a dick, honestly its the truth, but you wont have any bottom end/acceleration/power whatevery ou want to call it if you go 14/38 with 20" tires if you engine has no balls. id say go 14/40 and your good. that will make up for the smaller tires. especially with 20"s you will lose alot of power if your engine doesnt have enough done to it

Chain and sprockets first, for sure. Nerf bars, eh, who needs em? And rust on the outside of the pipe doesn't effect how much power it produces!! But, if it's a stock pipe, try to find ANY type of aftermarket pipe that you can for cheap. Some are better than others, but anything aftermarket is a big step up in terms of power from the stock pipe!

YA chain and both sprockets. some may not agree but from personal experience it is wise to replace all at the same time because if you dont you will break a chain, even a new one. the find a use aftermarket pipe and if u already have one buy some Reeds

Search ebay or craigslist for a used FMF set up. I bet you could get a full set up for $100.00. Or if you want to spend more money spend all your money on a better pipe. But, first things first get a new sproket and chain. You dont want that thing to break off and ruin your case. That is much more expensive than the list of mods that your need/want.

Also dont you have an 02 blaster??? Why is it beat up so bad??

well the kid who had it b4 me beat the piss outa it, this is actualy a new jug and piston and crank..cuz when he got it in 04 he didnt know it was a 6 spd manual..DUHH and he just romped it full blast in 1st and blew it..and i guess when he learned clutch he just beat it..so now its my problem..thats what u get when u pay 850 for a blaster..

haha..no im saying HES the idiot.=P..what are u calling me a punk for u..big punk?!?1 huh huh wanna fight over this ?!?..this will be over quicker than a joint gets smoked in july..
